JCA is responsible for the processing of personal data that it collects and processes, in compliance with the requirements expressed in the General Data Protection Regulation.
WHY WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA:
The personal data we process is always collected for a specific purpose and for a specific processing. We collect and process personal data for:
- Compliance with legal obligations that apply to us, both to customers and suppliers and to our employees;
- The execution of contracts or for pre-contractual diligences within the scope of our activity;
- We may also process information if we have a legitimate interest to do so, provided that in each case our interest is in line with the data subject’s rights, such as in our communication with customers and potential customers, suppliers and potential suppliers and in the recruitment of new employees or service providers.
RETENTION PERIOD:
We only retain your personal data for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, which is generally very short. In certain cases the data may be stored for longer periods, in particular where national legislation applies.

Information security and the protection of personal data is a priority for JCA. We implement and ensure the maintenance of adequate means of protection so that our internal procedures for the security of personal data comply with the regulations in force. In the event that we need to use third parties, we ensure that they are bound to JCA by contract and that they guarantee adequate protection of the personal data to which they have access.
We limit access to personal data to employees directly involved in the defined processing operations and strictly within the scope of their functions. We take the necessary measures to ensure the secure processing of personal data and protect them from loss and access violations by unauthorised persons. All personal data we process is stored in secure information systems, in accordance with a security policy, audited and subject to periodic testing.

We respect the confidentiality of the personal data we process, ensuring that we do not disclose, distribute or make it available to third parties other than in specific fulfillment of a contracting service to support the services we provide.

RIGHT TO ERASURE:
You may request JCA to erase your personal data where you verify that your personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or processed, or that there are no overriding legitimate interests, or because you have decided to withdraw consent to data processing and JCA has no other grounds for such processing;
RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT:
You have the right to withdraw your prior consent at any time, although this does not compromise the further processing of the data based on another legal basis, such as compliance with contracts or a legal obligation to which JCA is subject;
RIGHT TO TREATMENT LIMITATION:
You may exercise the right to limit the processing of your data if you have contested the accuracy of the personal data and for the period until JCA rectifies it;
RIGHT TO OBJECT TO THE TREATMENT:
You may exercise the right to object to the processing if, although the processing carried out by JCA is lawful and you do not wish the personal data to be erased, you do not wish it to be subject to the specific processing you have indicated, except in compliance with contracts or legal obligations to which JCA is subject;
RIGHT TO PORTABILITY:
The personal data we collect typically only relates to name, contact details and any minimised ancillary information, so the right to portability of personal data is not relevant.
PROCESSING OF REQUESTS FROM DATA SUBJECTS TO EXERCISE THEIR RIGHTS IN RELATION TO THEIR DATA:

You will be informed of the measures taken to comply with your exercise of your right. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Commission for Data Protection.
